The Future ∞

In 2019, Jiman founded JCPR and the agency was instantly hired to handle blue-chip accounts such as BAD LAB, Dutch Lady Malaysia, NuMee Gardenia, Red Bull – product of Europe, BAT, Alif Cooking Oil, Rainforest Fringe Festival Kuching, INCEIF – The Global University of Islamic Finance, Royal Tanjung Modest Fashion Gala, The Bee Publika, IMAN Research and Putrajaya LIFT Festival by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia.
His immense belief in the power of storytelling has led him to organise two workshops/sharing sessions in 2019 with Zul Andra and Syed Azmi Alhabshi – a respected writer and magazine editor from Singapore and a human rights activist respectively, under the banner named Trigger Thoughts by JCPR. He was also invited by BFM as a panel speaker for BFM Rocks – an annual gathering of Malaysia’s up and coming entrepreneurs.
Jiman’s penchant for sharing information has gained him a global following on Facebook and Instagram. In 2018, he was listed by GetCraft as one of Malaysia’s Top 100 Content Creators and was interviewed by MTV for a special show on the arts scene in Kuala Lumpur. On all counts, he is a self-professed citizen of the world thriving on a constant stream of creative stimulation deep-rooted in all things Malaysian.
2020 has proven to be a challenge and Jiman has managed to successfully maneuver JCPR towards a largely tech and digital Clients. In 2021, Jiman hopes to steer JCPR into greater success, and to continue to do impactful work for his clients. He is already getting his feet wet (post) COVID-19 with numerous projects including a feature film which is currently in planning stage.

Better known in the KL scene as ‘Jiman Casablancas’, he would like to think of himself as 'plugged in'. With a background in law, he has worked in a myriad of industries under the stewardship of some of the biggest firms in the country, from corporate law (Raslan Loong Advocates & Solicitors) to international motorsports and event management (Sepang International Circuit); and in advertising and PR (G2/Geometry Global and Recording Industry Association Malaysia).

In 2020, as the world was hit by a global pandemic JCPR managed PR for 3 tech clients, namely:
- Nikahsatu
- Innogen; and
- Malaysia Automotive Robotics & IoT Institute
(MARii)


In total, JCPR has garnered more than 2 million worth of PR value for all three companies, with coverage on both local and international platforms.
